Terms & Conditions

If you choose to place an order with I-Do-Wedding Designs you are agreeing to comply with and be bound to the following terms and conditions. The following terms and conditions apply to all our stationery collections including any bespoke stationery.

All images shown on aim to give a true representation to the designs that will be replicated on our products. However, as each design / product is individually handcrafted it is therefore inevitable that minor characteristic differences may occur. I.e. there maybe slight colour variations in the final product to samples and / or images / illustrations seen on the website due to the nature of the materials used. Colour variations and the like can be minimised by ordering all your items at the same time.

All items / designed products remain the property of I-Do-Wedding Designs until full payment has been received.

All orders are subject to material / stock availability. Any difficulty with supplies, you will be informed and a similar item of the same quality will be offered.

All rights in the design, text, graphics, images, illustrations on our website and final products are the copyright of I-Do-Wedding Designs. Any use is strictly forbidden without prior approval in writing from I-Do-Wedding Designs.


I-Do-Wedding Designs are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. There are some areas on this website from which you may need to provide information. This information is used by us to communicate with you only in connection with the purpose that you have requested.

All information provided is kept completely confidential and will NOT be passed onto any third parties whatsoever. We will only disclose your information if required by law.

By submitting your information, you consent to the use of that information as set out in this policy.

Prices & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. If you have placed an order with us, prices at time of order will apply. Prices include typesetting and layout and printing of your stationery. Prices include envelopes with the following items: Save The Date, Wedding Invitation, Evening Invitation, RSVP (where required) and Thank You Cards. A non-refundable 50% deposit of total order value is requested when your order has been placed and confirmed. Your order will only be released on receipt of full payment. Payment can be made by cheque payable to I-Do-Wedding Designs.


At I-Do-Wedding Designs our sense of personal involvement and open communication ensures you receive the best possible service at all times.

On receipt of your order we will contact you to confirm the order, answer any questions you may have, discuss the design and agree a production schedule that suits you. This will all then be confirmed by post or email with a final cost invoice.

Prices include typesetting, proofs, designs, all illustrations, printing of stationery and envelopes with the following items: save the date cards, wedding/evening invitations, RSVP (where required) and thank you cards.

In order for design and proofing to proceed, 50% non-refundable deposit of the total order value is requested, design will not proceed until this has been received. Cheques payable to I-Do Wedding Designs.

At the time of ordering, it is quite normal not to have finalised all the detail of final guest list, order of service, menus, etc, it is therefore quite acceptable to simply provide your best estimate of quantities required, which you can either reduce or increase at anytime prior to printing.

Samples illustrate print and card quality but may not be to your exact requirements - we will send you exact proofs and colours when you order. We may not have the format you request in stock - the nearest match will be substituted. Your sample may differ to how it appears on our website - if you would like to include any of these changes, remember to mention them when ordering (e.g.: fonts, layout) We will redeem the cost of your samples when you order. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery of samples. Samples will not be sent until payment has been received.

Prices include one set of proofs that can be posted or emailed to you prior to printing. It is important that you check all details carefully and make any amendments clear on the proofs. No amendments can be made once items have been sent to print, we accept no responsibility for any overlooked errors if we have not been forewarned prior to printing. Our prices allow up to one set of amendments, you will be charged extra for any further amendments. We accept no responsibility for the copyright of hymns, songs, poems, images or any such material that you may choose to use in your order of service or other stationery. Please check with the appropriate persons for the right to use these materials. We cannot be held responsible for delays introduced by late reactions to proofs.

Supplying Guest List, Order of Service & Menu details

If not supplied with the original order, these details should be returned as soon as possible and no less the six weeks prior to the date of your wedding. Any information that is supplied by the customer for replication by I-Do-Wedding Designs should be provided to us as typed material (preferably by email that clearly states the order to which the information corresponds). Any handwritten material should be completed clearly and using block capitals. I-Do-Wedding Designs cannot accept any responsibility for errors in spelling in copy supplied by the customer.


Once we have received and confirmed your order, your proofs will be sent to you within 14 days for your approval. We will then discuss and agree a schedule for all stationery ordered to be completed and delivered, at your convenience and in a time frame that you are happy with. We feel it is important to keep you informed of the progress of your order and will make sure communication is kept open.


Post and packaging is not included in the price and will be charged as extra. Delivery charges will vary according to the size and weight of your order. Your order will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for receipt of your order once it has been dispatched. The cost of postage and packaging will be added to your final invoice which remains payable before dispatch of your order.

Please ensure you supply details of a delivery address where the stationery can be signed for. All orders are packed carefully for protection in transit. Any damage must be reported with 24 hours of receipt. All delivered goods are then customers responsibility.

Whilst we make every effort for you to receive your order at the agreed time, please note that your order and/or delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. However, we will always do our utmost to make sure agreed delivery times are met and keep you informed of all progress.

Design & Printing

Colours may vary in print to how they appear on your computer screen. All designs remain the property of and are copyright to I-Do-Wedding Designs. Designs should not be reproduced or used without permission from I-Do-Wedding Designs.

All wedding/evening invitations, order of service and some save the date designs will have the branding printed on the reverse card.

Cancellation, Refunds/Replacements

The 50% deposit of your total order value, required when placing your order, is non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your order before it has been sent to print, we will request payment for any costs incurred. Once your order has been sent to print, we will request full payment of your order even if you decide to cancel. As all of our stationery is personalised to your specific requirements we can only offer refunds or replacements if the stationery is found to be damaged, or does not meet the agreed specifications.


From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).

You may not create a link to this website from another website or document without I-Do-Wedding Designs prior written consent.
